With a background in Psychology and Human & Family Development, combined with extensive experience in adaptive/therapeutic riding instruction and instructor development, she brings both academic grounding and practical expertise to her work. Saebra specializes in educating, equipping, and encouraging professionals in equine-assisted services and traditional horsemanship. Through lessons, mentorship, and global online training, she challenges instructors to raise the bar for safety, quality, and effectiveness in their teaching while prioritizing equine welfare. She is passionate about translating research in motor learning, pedagogy, and equine science into practical, real-world strategies instructors can apply immediately. Saebra has worked with professionals around the world to build a community dedicated to evidence-based, ethical, and engaging equine-assisted practices. Her mission is to empower instructors to create safe, sustainable, and effective learning experiences for students of all abilities while honoring the wellbeing of the horses who make it all possible.
